1. How do I make a purchase in the Golfjunkie shop?
You can make a purchase in the Golfjunkie shop by selecting the requested product(s) and add them to your shopping cart. After you have finished shopping, you can progress to the payment section and finalize your purchase.

2. How can I pay in the Golfjunkie shop?
We provide in three different payment methods for finalizing your purchase:
1. iDeal (Dutch payment method)
2. Credit Cards: VISA and Mastercard
3. Golfjunkie discount vouchers and coupons

All payments are handled and cleared by Adyen, our Payment Service Provider. You might find their name on your statements. All prices in the shop are including 19% VAT.

3. Delivery
After completing your purchase, we will process it immediately. If the product(s) are in stock, they will be sent within 48 hours through our logistics partner from our warehouse in The Netherlands. Dependant on your location, you can expect your products to arrive from 12 hours after purchasing to several days outside Europe. The transport costs which we will charge you will always be clearly displayed before finalizing your purchase.

4. Can I return my purchase (partly)?
If your purchase is (partly) not completely matching your expectations, you can return it to us and receive your payment back, excluding the transport costs. Detailed instructions on how to return your product(s) and inform us about your bank account details are displayed on the documents in your order. You can always approach our customer service for more explanation or questions.

5. I lost my password; how do I receive a new one?
You can always receive a new password. You can do this by clicking at ‘My account’ and then choose for ‘Forgot your password’. After you fill in the e-mail address which you used to create your account, we will mail a new password to that e-mail address. You can use that password to log in again.

You can always contact us by using the contact form in the Golfjunkie shop. We will do our utmost best to reply to you as soon as possible. We kindly request you to describe your question as good as possible, mention details and make screenshots in case any errors occur, which we can use to solve any potential issues better and faster.
