Terms & Conditions Golfjunkie

Article 1 - General

The following conditions regulate the sale of items presented in this web site by Deep Store Concepts B.V. in Amsterdam, registered under Chamber of Commerce number 34362342 and acting with Dutch VAT-number 821405214B01. The company will be referred to in these conditions as ‘Golfjunkie’.

The use of this site and/or the placement of an order will imply your agreement with these general conditions. If you have any questions, please contact our Customer Service at customerservice@golfjunkie.nl.

Article 2 -Proprietary Rights

All illustrations, designs, icons, graphical material, pictures, images and any other elements of this web are the exclusive property of Golfjunkie. The elements of this web shop and web site have been designed with the purpose of offering products identified with the trademark Golfjunkie. Copying or using such elements does not imply transfer of any proprietary rights. Reproduction, publishing, transfer, changing or distribution by any means of the elements of this web site and shop (software included) is explicitly forbidden.

Article 3 - Product information

The items offered on this web site are products of the Golfjunkie collection. Golfjunkie has made an effort to show the colour of garments as closest to reality as possible. However, the colours that appear on the screen can vary in accordance with the quality of your computer monitor. Golfjunkie cannot guarantee that the colours you can see on your monitor are exactly like the real colours. Golfjunkie reserves the right of errors caused by type faults or unintentional errors in the product information or on our web pages.

Article 4 - Changes to collection

Golfjunkie reserves the right to change its stock available on the site and the right to take out items from the product range before a purchase has been registered.

Article 5 - Prices
All prices on the site are stated in Euro. Golfjunkie is not responsible for currency changes/ exchange rates that your local bank might use when exchanging Euro into your local currency. The price on the screen on each article is not including freight charge. Before you make a purchase, the freight costs will be clearly indicated. VAT is included in the price.Once you have finished your order and before payment, you will get a summary of the items acquired and their total price (taxes and postage included).
Golfjunkie reserves the right to change prices. The price at the time of making an order is valid throughout that buying process.

Article 6 - General terms of delivery

The products offered are available in European Union member states (Austria, Belgium, Cyprus (Southern area), Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France (Continental), Germany, Greece, Holland, Hungary, Ireland, Italy (except San Marino, Libigno, Campione, Italian waters of Lake Lugano), Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden and United Kingdom), as well as in Andorra, Monaco, Norway, Switzerland, Liechtenstein, Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla and the Channel Islands plus Japan, the United States of America and Canada.
Individuals resident outside these countries can only benefit from this On-line purchase service if the delivery address is within the countries or territories listed above.

Article 7 - Delivery

All items will be delivered by our logistical partner(s) directly to the address you have stated as your delivery address. If you are not available at the address you have stated when our logistical partner delivers, they will leave a note with a phone number that you can call to arrange new delivery time or they deliver the parcel to the nearest neighbor of your address. Please note, if the attempts by our logistical partner to deliver to the stated address is unsuccessful, the package will be shipped back to Golfjunkie. Golfjunkie is not liable to refund the freight cost and any extra costs made in the return process.

Article 8 - Delivery times

The items bought from Golfjunkie will be sent by our logistical partner(s) and delivered within an approximate period of 2 to 7 working days. Depending on when your order will be processed, and depending on what country you are ordering from. You will receive an Order Confirmation by e-mail. Delivery times are Monday - Friday (except public holidays) 08.00 - 17.00. To prevent any delivery incidents (wrong addresses, impossible to find someone at home etc.) it is necessary to fill in the corresponding form correctly. You are advised to indicate a contact telephone number. If Golfjunkie fails to deliver within 30 days, the customer is entitled to terminate the buying agreement.

Article 9 - Exchanges and refunds

If you are not satisfied with the article you receive, you can return the article within 7 days of the date of receipt provided that the product has not been used or damaged. The product should be returned unused in good condition and with labels intact. Consequently, Golfjunkie cannot accept exchanges and returns of items which are damaged or used or without their original packaging, unless the damage is due to a flaw. To exchange one article for another one, you should return it for a refund and place a new order. When returning or exchanging an article you will have to pay for the return freight. Golfjunkie will return the payment within 30 days, dependant on the banking system in your country. However, if there is an inquiry concerning damaged goods, or if the return is due to a mistake made by Golfjunkie, we will reimburse you for the return freight cost as well. A return from must be completed and enclosed with any returned item. A return form can be requested at Customerservice@golfjunkie.nl. The form indicates all instructions for sending the product to our warehouse in The Netherlands.

Article 10 - Registered Users

All personal data which you register with us during a purchase or for any other reason will be kept in the Golfjunkie database in order to process the order and to make your (future) purchases faster and easier. The information you submit to Golfjunkie will only be used to process purchase orders and to facilitate navigation and purchase of Golfjunkie products, as well as to inform you by e-mail and/or post of new products, special offers and news in connection with this web site and/or Golfjunkie in general.
Golfjunkie guarantees that the information submitted by customers will not be shared with third people or companies outside Golfjunkie. You have the right to see your personal details upon request. If they are incorrect, incomplete or irrelevant, you have the right to demand that the files are corrected or deleted.

Article 11 - Alteration of terms

If there are any deviations from our Terms & Conditions, this will be clearly stated in the product information concerned. By clicking "order products" you accept these deviations.
